That matters because many AI activities still risk behaving like orientation sessions: what the tools are, where they are appearing, and what they might make easier. The clinician learning need is sharper. The concrete question for planning teams is: where in the activity does the learner practice saying, “I will use this,” “I will modify this,” or “I will reject this,” and why?
