The evidence base is narrow and YouTube-heavy, with limited source resolution and no verified independent clinician conversation, so this is best read as an early directional shift rather than a settled market view.
Across this week’s AI material, the recurring question was practical: will a tool hold up in local use? The useful tests were context fit, abstraction accuracy, oversight, patient transparency, and what happens when the tool is wrong. For CME teams, that makes broad AI overviews a weaker match for the question learners and buyers appear to be bringing. The other test is value.
